Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Stad Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Matematis Siswa di Kelas XI SMA Negeri 11 Medan
Dengan tujuan penelitian yaitu meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 11 Medan dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dan mengetahui bagaimana peningkatan berpikir kritis matematis siswa setelah menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas, adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 11 Medan merupakan subjek penelitian ini. Kemudian Objek penelitiannya adalah kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD pada materi program linear. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa pada siklus I, diperoleh bahwa hanya 15 siswa (42,86%) yang telah memenuhi kriteria yang ditentukan yaitu siswa memperoleh nilai ≥ 75. Kemudian pada hasil tes kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis II diperoleh ada 31 siswa (88,57%) siswa sudah mencapai standar yaitu memperoleh nilai ≥ 75. Nilai rata-rata pada tes kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siklus I yaitu 68.27 meningkat menjadi 85.77 pada siklus II. Berdasarkan uraian diatas disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa mengalami peningkatan dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD di kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Medan.
